I have ordered the Familia Dinner several times, also Tostada chicken Bowl salad always good, hot, customer service is top tier.

it was a buy one get one free deal so I don't want to get refunded but there was olny 5small square pieces of meat rest was rice and beans and the rice was hard.Do better next time please el polloOriginal Pollo Bowl

never had El Pollo Loco before but after this I definitely would again Everything was delicious and the bowls were very filling and tasted very fresh The churros are a nice treat as well

I was very disappointed with El Pollo Loco the chicken was extremely small nothing like I've ever seen. I don't think I will be ordering from them again if this is the way it's going to be it is not worth the money
