I eat pollo loco pretty often, but today's order was not meeting expectations. Chios were stale, chicken was fine which we enjoyed but we had mashed potatoes and no gravy in our order. We also ordered coleslaw and it was extremely dry and had no flavor. Needless to say we were disappointed as we ordered because we were moving in to our new house and were looking for a nice meal.

My husband loved mashed potatoes and gravy. Near end of day they didn't have white meat so they gave us extra pieces. Chicken dry.

Chicken was extremely dry. Churros were horrible, dry and tasted old.
