Chicken was horrible, either over cooked or old and reheated. The chicken and the rice was dry. The Mac n cheese was the only decent item.

The chicken was hard to chew and not even warm. Not an enjoyable meal compared to my last order from el pollo loco. Had to warm up the beans and the rice texture was hard.

EVERY TIME I ORDER THEY ALWAYS BRING ME SOEM DRY CHICKEN WITHOUT ANY SALSA. ALSO THEY GIVE ME SALAD WITH NO DRESSING.
