I love their cilantro dressing but there's no way to request to pay for it or even request it for free in the DoorDash app. The staff at this El Pollo Loco are always so kind to me when I call after putting my orders in through DoorDash, always saying yes when I ask if it'd be okay for me to get some extra cilantro dressing. They all deserve raises for real .

The Baja double chicken tostada arrived missing the sour cream and the cheese and WITH beans although the order specified NO BEANS. Disappointing. We pickup orders here often and have never had a messed up order.

Chicken was good, but my mashed potatoes fell off my fork, taste and texture was watery. Hopefully that wont happen again.
