The Original Pollo Bowl may have just as well been a bowl with no chicken... very disappointed that I received 3-4 tiny scraps of chicken when I paid for a bowl with chicken for protein content. The rice was soaked in might I say "bean juice". I did not order soup. Also didn't receive any salsa which I requested through the app. I've ordered from the location before and this was my first disappointing experience which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Did not get double meet, chicken was dry and burnt, brown avocado, no cheese or salad dressing the smallest bowl I have ever received! The worst quality. I would of been embarrassed to send this out if I was this store. Maybe have quality check before sending out. Will not order again from this place.

They didn't fill up the sides full like usual. My chicken tasted burnt. it never tastes this way ever but sadly my chicken tasted like burnt charcoal :(

the salad was just lettuce.
even the driver send me a picture of it to give me a heads up. no plates no utensils on a family meal. the only thing that was on point was the mac and cheese

Very small portions given! Each meal had about 4 small cut up pieces of chicken. Was not even the bare minimum
