Today's order was definitely a better experience than the last. Employees took their time with the order. We ordered shredded chicken nachos (good amount of chips and wasn't messy - all ingredients placed well), chicken avocado burrito and the pollo bowl. Fulfilled all side items as well.

The Salsa Verde Quesadilla is saucy and flavorful. Filling portion. Comes as three large pieces with guacamole on the side. The chips are always great. I have had it a couple times and I would order again. Tasted fresh.

Ordered Double Chicken Tostada Salad. There wasn't a lot of chicken. Other than that, tasted great. Side of Pinto Beans are a little salty but balanced out my salad and rice. Side of Rice came out perfect. Kids really enjoyed the Macaroni & Cheese.

The Original Pollo Bowl , the 3pc Meal Combo, and the Large Drink (Coke Zero Suger) were prepared and delivered as requested and in a timely manner. All were fresh and delicious as usual.
However, it would be great if straws were included with beverages ordered for delivery in the future. Thank you.

Tostada salad is good, plenty of it. I've got enough left for two more servings, that's a good thing because it was over $16 so it makes it worth the money. There was a problem with it, though the tostada shell or bowl about 1/3 of it was gone and it was not in the container. I don't know what happened but anyway it didn't affect the taste. I just don't understand what happened to it but thank you. I'll Pollo Loco and my Dasher Fernando.
