• 24-05-30I think they forgot to season the beef stew because the beans they sent were seasoned great but the beef stew needed some seasoning. They send lots of food with your order that I highly appreciated. And a huge soda! The Papa Rellena / Stuffed Potato were good but small

• 26-07-28I’ve ordered from El Rancho many times, which is why this order was so disappointing. 😕 Normally the food is great, but today it honestly looked like my order was thrown together with no care.
The steak sandwich was okay, but it was missing the mozzarella cheese I requested. 🧀❌ On top of that, the tomato they used was literally the end piece of the tomato. It may seem like a small detail, but it reflects the lack of care that went into preparing this meal.
The fries looked old, were overcooked, and extremely greasy. 🍟😞
The fried salami wasn’t cooked properly either. Out of the four pieces, only one was fully fried.
Overall, this order looked rushed and carelessly prepared. As someone who has ordered from El Rancho many times, I know you can do much better than this. Please prepare your customers’ food the same way you’d want your own meal prepared- with care and attention. Today just wasn’t it. 💔
He ordenado de El Rancho muchas veces, por eso esta orden me decepcionó tanto. 😕 Normalmente la comida es muy buena, pero hoy sinceramente parecía que prepararon mi pedido sin ningún cuidado.
El sándwich de bistec estaba bien, pero le faltó el queso mozzarella que pedí. 🧀❌ Además, el tomate que usaron era literalmente la parte de abajo del tomate. Puede parecer un detalle pequeño, pero demuestra la falta de cuidado con la que prepararon este pedido.
Las papas fritas parecían viejas, estaban demasiado cocidas y excesivamente grasosas. 🍟😞
El salami frito tampoco estaba bien preparado. De las cuatro piezas, solo una estaba completamente frita.
En general, este pedido se veía apresurado y preparado sin cuidado. Como clienta que ha ordenado muchas veces de El Rancho, sé que ustedes pueden hacerlo mucho mejor. Por favor, preparen la comida de sus clientes como les gustaría que prepararan la suya: con cuidado y atención. Hoy, sinceramente, no fue así. 💔
