Chile Rellenos are NOT stuffed poblano peppers like every other Mexican restaurant... they're stuffed bell peppers 😔
Beef Tostada would've been good if the tortilla wasn't soggy. maybe put the tortilla separate from the toppings for delivery?

I Ordered the Sante Fe chicken salad. It was ready within 10 minutes. It was a good portion size. It was served with a packet of ranch dressing. The chicken was warm and the avocado pieces and tomatoes weren't. I loved that, it was perfect. I will definitely order it again..probably more than once a week!!! It's fast, convenient, and tastes great!!! If you've never had it..I highly recommend it!!! El Rodeo never disappoints!!
