Discovered something new I didn't think I would like. I can understand why people love and frequently spread philadelphia cream cheese as as a condiment on their bagels now. They go hand-in-hand and balance out each other and it's not too cheesy so it's checks out my criteria of a well-made and carefully crafted bagel.
