Ive had several dishes at Fan Tang - all have been excellent. The Beef Rolls are perhaps the tastiest item I've had at this or any other Asian style restaurant - Simply Outstanding!!

The Tea Smoked Beef was fantastic. Even my spicy adverse daughter powered through because its just that good. Chicken Lettuce Wraps are plentiful for the price, and the Crab Wontons are some of the best I've had, especially paired with the included ginger sauce. Great food. Great value!

I ordered the Mongolian Beef based on the all the positive reviews but was overwhelmed by the extremely strong onions in the dish, there was no sweetness to the vegetables. It also suffered from a surfeit of garlic to the point that we didn't finish it, which was a shame because it was a generous portion. The cashew chicken was better but our taste buds had been so ruined by the Mongolian beef that our enjoyment of it was overpowered by the lingering flavor of onions. I was trying Fan Tang for the first time again in a while in the hopes that it had gotten better but was disappointed again. I know it's a fave for some but it's just consistently a miss for me, I think that was my last time giving them a shot.

I am so happy we tried this place. The food was so yummy. And I think the chicken was fresh and wasn't a little tidbits of yucky brown meat. It was big chunks of white meat. Very fresh. Vegetables were perfectly cooked. I have no complaints and dipping sauce for spring rolls was the best. We will definitely be ordering again.

I got the Pho... this broth is just incredible. I absolutely love bok choy and you don't see it allot in Pho. They include an oil, which I'm assuming is chili oil but it wasn't spicy too me, yet had great flavor. The Fried Rice Side was also very flavorful and I didn't have to add soy sauce or anything to it, which I do at other places.
