Japanese style smash burgers. Simple ingredients, we fry our fries in tallow . Japanese milk bun recipe made in house. Steak and bacon blend for the smash burger. Every bite is the perfect bite.
We ordered the Single Cheese and Triple Cheese along with the rosemary Fries! Everything was absolutely phenomenal! The fries are crisp and come with a fry sauce. The burgers have crisp lettuce and tomato included. My husband likes to add an egg and caramelized onion to his triple cheese burger.
