The food arrived ice cold. Not even lukewarm- it was cold. The bowl of French onion soup I ordered came in a small container (maybe the equivalent of a cup size (for a bowl price, and I've ordered it before and it came in a bigger more appropriate sized container), and was wrapped in napkins to catch all the soup spilling out of the container. Who packs a takeout order like that? ? I've ordered from this restaurant several times - their food is usually very good but not tonight!!

The Short Rib pieces were burnt on 2 sides and through so I was like dry rope. Very dissatisfied I would expect better preparation from a restaurant of this type.
Entree was supposed to be served with Garlic Mashed Potato and Sautéed Spinach both items are missing.
