Large Rib Tips and Fries Combo with FREE CAN POP
The tips were cooked to perfection, a large portion of all meat. The fries were hot and crispy drenched in sauce. The pop was ice cold. Good value for the money.

OMGG!! My fiancé had the Rib Tips Dinner (LARGE) and he said they are so tender, juicy and flavorful. Also, the tips are the perfect size. His sides were Baked Beans & Coleslaw, AMAZING! I had the Chopped Beef Brisket Dinner and it was soooo good. Juicy & flavorful. My sides were Sweet Cornbread, Yams, and Macaroni. No exaggeration, I've never tasted food so good that the flavor stays in your mouth after you're done eating. We also had the Grape Lemonade and Lemonade (homemade) , PERFECT. Whosever in the kitchen, please don't leave, lol. Size portions are amazing. Food was HOT, not warm/lukewarm. 10/10 recommend for EVERYTHING.

Man, had to try them again and they are consistent. The sides are bomb especially the greens, they are well seasoned. All the meat is perfectly seasoned and tender af. Portions are compatible with the price. I think this has now become my favorite BBQ spot in the city.
(I couldn't stop eating the sides but I managed to snap the tips before digging in)

The rib tips were so good! The meat was tender and not dry or overcooked. The Mac n cheese was baked and had a great flavor. It was not mushy or plain.
I will definitely order this next time I'm in town.

A good slab of ribs is a staple in Southern culture and hard to come by in Indiana. Fat Man's BBQ is raising the bar. The Half Slab Ribs Dinner came with plenty of meat. After 4 bones, I was satisfied. The meat has a slightly smoky flavor (that grilled taste) and none of it is overcooked. The baked beans have a really good taste and consistency. Although I found the mac n cheese to be overcooked, dry, and a bit over-salted, I would eat here again and recommend that friends give it a try.
