I ordered the New York Style with Strawberries, and I didn't get any strawberries.  This is the second time I've ordered that item, and the strawberries were missing.  There also were not any Parmesancheese packets.  The Warm Italian Donuts were not that great, and you're paying $6.24 for only 5 donut holes.

I asked for extra Alfredo sauce in my Chicken Carbonara due to previous orders with very little and got soup basically. one serving of noodles, very little broccoli and bacon and a few garlic shrimp. I recommend to never ask for anything extra from this place !

the breaded Baked Chicken Parmigiano was over cooked and over flowing 5he container they shoved it in.

Baked spaghetti with extra meatballs, garlic mushrooms,  cheese and complimentary breadsticks. Large quantity and delicious. Enough for at least 2 meals.  Food was prepared quickly and picked up quickly.

Okay so I door dashed a meal spaghetti with meat sauce and added meat balls. I had to ad my own sauce to the noodles because there was very little sauce. As for the meatballs, great flavor...however why did I pay 2.50 extra for THREE meatballs? 
Terrible quality. No wonder your chain is closing
