Coffee quality has dropped so much lately. The Cappuccino and Latte don't have enough milk, they're too strong and no foam. They used to make really tasty coffees but it's been a drastic fall off.

Ordered a cake which was replaced with a different flavour cake which I don't like and it was also much more expensive without even asking for my preference and the order was marked as complete even before I picked up the product.
