I ordered a hot steak & cheese sub, large one. Supposed to be hot, had these subs at many at other locations, which were phenomenal! This sub had a fat cold sub roll, meat was cold deli meat, guts were wrong, no melted cheese, no Italian seasoning only lots of Mayo. I paid over $33 and it tasted like one from a garage cold vending machine!
I do not recommend this location.

This had to be the best Italian sandwich I've EVER had. Its very flavorful with the mayo & mustard combining with the honey ham. The medium sandwich was the perfect size & you could tell they were fresh! I will definitely be ordering this again.

Hook & Ladder® and Firehouse subs are my go-to but the last few times I've had some lower quality subs. today the bread was stale. Saturday the bottom of the sub was so wet It was like it had been laying in water. Even the container had moisture.

Okay, Have you ever eaten something and wished it was like the best thing ever and that it was just an endless supply and you never ate it all and there's always more?? Our sandwiches were like this!! If you could be in love with a sandwich I would be in love. Love their packaging also recyclable containers with paper around the sandwich so the box stays clean. Easy to recycle. Their Ch Chip cookies were awesome too. My child LOVED the potato soup! I was allowed one bite and it was delicious. My two down sides to the experience. Was there was no way to add different cheeses to a sandwich and the prices are quite higher than we usually pay for subs. So we won't be able to order all the time, like we would love to, but when we do we will enjoy them like a delicacy!!! We made ourselves only eat half the sub so we can justify the cost and get two meals!! YUM!!! Coupons would be great!!! :)

I was not expecting the Firehouse Meatball® to taste as good as it did alot of place use ingredients that give them a weird after taste but this was apot on what I wanted and the medium size was just enough tasted fresh was packaged nicely definitely will order again would of posted a picture but it looked so good i had to dig in lol
