First of all, there was no way of knowing which sandwich went to the person who ordered it (we are in an office). The sandwiches were mushy, falling apart and bland. The only good ones were the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ . The pickles were good.

the meatballs were so overcooked that the meat was black and the sauce looked like brown tomato paste it was so nasty. I will not order again..

My smokehouse beef and cheddar had no bbq sauce on it . Made very sloppy. I pay 13 dollars a sandwich I would like it to be put together nicely and evenly . Very very disappointed . Other 3 sandwiches were just ok not our best meal from you guys
