I had tried these before but have to say I was disappointed. The options to remove things werent honored. The sandwich was skimpy and 80 percent tough bread. Definitely not going to order again. Never saw an Italian sub with 3 piecesof meat and congealed cheese before and we ended up disposing the sandwiches. At that price I expected more.

Hook & Ladder.® is my favorite. Always made fresh to order and staff are ALWAYS kind, ccourteous, and efficient. I frequently order here. The portion sizes are generous and the ingredients are ALWAYS fresh!

This was my first time ordering from Firehouse Subs, I got the Spicy Cajun Chicken sub and it was delicious. And of course I had to get a brownie to satisfy my sweet tooth. Will definitely be ordering again!!

Ordered the Italian and I got soup on paper. So much oil and dressing. Sandwich was falling apart. Do not recommend

Very tasty! Delicious, fresh bread and generous meat. Condiments (black olives) were minimal.
