French dip-WINNER! Just few items for local store:side pickles left off. One sub requested cucumbers-none. We ordered 2 French Dips... they put au jus in one cup. We are in a hotel. Very hard to manage one of us dipping sauce out of a dispos coffee cup. Dont understand logic behind that one guys! Haha. That actually was the main complaint really ly. Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars and not mentioned the other. Great sandwiches though!!!

The Hook & Ladder.® sandwich had such great flavor and was fresh. It was just the right size for me. The Dessert Bundle 3 chocolate chip cookies hitvthe spot too.

I love the hook & ladder but I substitute pepperoni for the ham. I have to call them each time I order bc the app no longer lets me make that meat customization. Another thing I like here is the green peppers are chopped up. I prefer that over the long peppers hanging out the side plus it better spread around the sandwich.
