So good& still hot this sub was so good with the caramelized onions

We were very disappointed w our sandwiches. There is normally ample meat but there was less than 3oz of meat on our Hook & Ladder® The large New York Steamer® tasted like the bread was was old. Very disappointed as Firehouse is one of our normal favs.

Sent the wrong sandwich. This is the second time this has happened so it seems like there's a communication error. Not sure I'd be willing to order again. Paid $20 for a sandwich that wasn't even correct!

I had a large catering order 2 days in a row. Both days the sandwiches were made very sloppy and not labeled. I had no idea what each sandwich was. I also ordered an assortment of chips but only received plain lays. I doubt I'll order from them again.

Chips came open. My sub was cut oddly making it awkwardly more like 3/4 and 1/4 instead of diagonally in half. And where the heck was my pickle? :(
