Firehouse subs are always excellent. we got our go-to classic Italian and Hook and Ladder and once again they didn't disappoint.
We tried a side of their chili this time too, and it was also very good. very meaty.

It was really good but INCREDIBLY messy. The bread is good but if you're putting THAT many toppings, it needs to be a sturdier bread or, preferably, less of the toppings. Also, for the price, I expected a whole sandwich. It's a half sandwich.

Oh man. The New York is the bomb. Probably one of the best subs I've had in a long time. I got a Brownie and that was also on point. Not too sweet and plenty rich.

The sandwich was absoswimming in mayo.
Contents were falling out of the sandwich bc there was so much mayo. Yuck!
And I have always loved Firehouse. I don't know what's going on over there these days ....
