The soup is absolutely excellent. The sandwich taste great! The only issue with the sandwich is the bottom bread is soaking wet and u can't eat it. I always have to take the bottom bread off.

Our brownies were missing from the order. I called the store and the manager told me I could come and pick them up because he had no one to deliver them. He also said that he couldn't issue a refund because it was an online order. The bag had a sticker on it that said the order was checked for correctness, but clearly it wasn't. I am disappointed in Firehouse Subs and I order from there frequently.

Italian always good!!!! The tabs on the Cokes were not sealed -- so I has ro throw those away
