I ordered the Hook & Ladder® . It had an odd sweet flavor to it and was really soggy even though I got there right as they were finishing making it. I got it on a 1/2 off promo but I dont think I will order again based on this sandwich.

I ordered the steak and cheese. It had no flavor. Bland. The bread was soggy. It was not good at all. Bread was not toasted. I will not be I ordering from there again. Wasted Elated that $20.

Firehouse Steak & Cheese® and Firehouse Chili was the worst sandwich and Chili I ever purchased. The steak was tuff and chewy, no test. The Chili very bland. This was my first purchase from Firehouse mainly because of price, but I like Jersey Mike's so why try Firehouse. Big mistake! no comparison. My, Firehouse experience was awful 😖

The Thanksgiving Sub needs more stuffing and more cranberry sauce. The meatball sub with extra cheese is perfect.
