The Coke's were horrible....only carbonated water and no syrup. Also the tops had no tape or seal on them . The subs were delicious.

The Hook & Ladder.® sub I received was delicious. I like that you can choose the sub size. Ingredients were fresh Would definitely order again!

I waited over 20 minutes in store. Granted there was a crowd but, about ten minutes after arriving I noticed walk in customers receiving their orders. I understand that driving orders take precedence, and walk-in orders probably take precedence as well, but I'm literally standing there so I don't understand why my sandwich wasn't prepared in the order that should have been considering I was standing there. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the quoted time provided. When I asked an associate to add extra mustard to my sandwich, mustard was the only topping, he smirked and said, "that's a long ways away." Firehouse subs requested to not accept specific requests and there is no option on the menu to add extra mustard.
