I will never eat here again. Yesterday my food club on a sub was perfect so I ordered one today. Bread soggy, no bacon, meat chopped up not sliced. As if someone had ordered this and didn't pick it up. Hey let's give it to her. I have worked at firehouse before and there's no way my sandwich should have been soggy from order time to delivery time. I am highly disappointed and will never and I mean never order from here again. Instead of slicing the meat i get the bottom of the barrel! SMH why is that? Now I have to get a refund and order elsewhere. Sandwich was full of mayo and portion side was weird like who chops up meat instead of slicing with a whole slicer im the building? And I had my taste buds set on a club on a sub. Oh and the onions were thick enough to make onion rings with. This is sad

Anytime I’ve gone into the location my food is always correct, but ordering online results in not getting all your toppings. I’m missing cucumbers and pickles on both sandwiches. Without those it makes the sandwich kinda bland.

My Firehouse Meatball® subs had literally no sauce. Subs were dry.
