It was really amazing, good mayo to veggies distribution , good meats with a hint of pepper which I loved. Just an perfect 10/10 sandwich. Good job.

I'm giving this 3 Stars because though the taste was good for my Firehouse Steak & Cheese® sub, It didn't include banana peppers and it seems like half of the medium sub didn't have much meat on it! Only one side has the amount of meat I was expecting and used to! Disappointed!
The Hook & Ladder.® sub was good according to my husband .

First time ordering from this store.
I ordered a MD Tuna Salad - it's sad because thats all I ordered. It was a 6-8 inch sub, with the amount of tuna made for a 2 inch sandwich. Basically had more lettuce than tuna. I ended up eating one size of the bread and completely disassembled my sandwich to enjoy it. So disappointing. For the price of the sandwich, I basically ordered a $12 baguette.

This is my first time ordering from this place. I should've gone with Jersey Mike's instead. At least you get your money's worth. The sandwiches were cold and soft-not much meat at all. More bread than anything.
I was expecting toasty, hot-like subs. Instead, I get lukewarm meat and cheese in an untoasted bread. Also, I didn't get the tomato soup I ordered.
The only great thing about my order was the Dasher!
I won't order from Firehouse again.

Totally disappointed. i ordered a turkey bacon ranch on wheat,. no ranch dressing on it at all , 2 small strips of bacon half cooked ,and a very small amount of turkey. basically nothing but bread..when you spend darn near $20 for sub you expect more. ridiculous price for less quality product.
