I was worried the trek across town would make my Hook and Ladder cold, but it arrived hot and fresh. I was craving a hot ham & cheese so the turkey was a nice added bonus. Loved all the toppings. The BOGO sale will help for tonight's supper as well.

Ordered two sandwiches for my wife and I, which were delicious, but the potato soup I ordered had about an 1/8th of a cup of soup. I have got soup here before and not has this issue so I don't know if they were running low or what but definitely wasn't worth $3.90.

I love The Engineer! The bread was hot and toasty, the sandwich was huge, and I order it every time I go there!

Wish I could post the pic I took of the sub. It is 1/2 the size advertises on this site. For this money, it is not worth it!
Be ware: you will pay $7.70 and expect to get 3 small meatballs verses the 5 shown in the picture. Truly, it is 1/4 the size of a normal sub. Picture shows what looks like 1/2 a sub. I walked it back out to the driver to show him, as a witness . He too was shocked. The Driver was great. Surly was not going to make him return this ... not his problem.

Their subs are always phenomenal. Ingredients are above and beyond what JJ or Subway could ever hope to offer. And a portion goes to firefighters. Say no more.
