This was my first introduction to Firehouse Subs. I ordered a Hook & Ladder.® it had a much better ratio of bread to meat. No part of the sandwich was overpowering and it all complimented each ingredient well. Full disclosure: I did remove the mayo. All in all very good!

Both subs were delish. My husband loves the club on a sub and the Italian is my go to for now. Good lunch.

Total of two mushrooms on the sandwich, asked for no tomatoes yet had extra. Price on DoorDash was ridiculous

Never had an Italian™ before and I was shocked at how much I love it. Firehouse never disappoints! They normally get the club but they decided to try the Hook & Ladder® and it didn't disappoint.
