I want to thank Firehouse Subs for a great sandwich. I had promised myself that I would never order there again but this time they got it absolutely RIGHT. NO PICKLES. I didn't taste nor smell or see a pickle near my wonderful sandwich. They paid attention to the order form. Even the brownies were good and moist. Thanks again.

Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket was soggy, brisket was dry Firehouse Chili was good oly had 1/2 the actual serving in the container. we were very disappointed... we order from here all the time. this was the first time we have experienced this.. honestly if it happens again...that will be our last time ordering.Not a good experience for almost $40 of food

The sandwich is perfect but the "gallon" of tea is rather misleading considering you charged me 9 dollars for what looks like a large.

It's delicious every time I get it, even at different locations. Always a little too much meat (I don't mind) and a little messy (napkins recommended).

Thank goodness the pickle spear did not get on the sandwich. I requested NO PICKLE. The sandwich was great and so were the chips.
