The Firehouse Steak & Cheese was good and the sandwich was filled all the way up. Sometimes it arrives soggy but this time I got it without deli mustard and it was good and fresh this time. I have ordered it a lot and would order again.

We did not receive any sides or drink with our child's order. Other than that, the sandwiches were delicious as usual just the service is very inadequate for $50 for two sandwiches and a grilled cheese?  expectations are to get everything that you ordered

I paid for a medium combo firehouse steak and cheese plus a brownie at extra cost.
No chips or brownie were put in the sack. The children's meal was to come with a cookie and it did not get put in.
I am very disappointed in Firehouse for NOT double checking the order before Door Dash picked it up. It cost me extra money!!
