Made a makeshift BLT and added extra bacon sandwich came with two pieces of bacon but the other sandwiches were great

The Hook & Ladder.® is always my favorite bread was soft so good and it's just enough food for me and I loved the little pickle on the side. I would definitely be ordering this again.

The lettuce on the sandwich smelled like chemicals are the only thing wrong. Tasted good & fresh otherwise. Great deal on 2 meduims/ buy 1 Italian get Italian 1, free. I would order again if they got new, different lettuce or spinach leaves be better!

The Firehouse Meatball® and the Honey Ham sandwiches were accurate and great, but my Grilled Chicken Breast was missing all the customizations I paid extra for, like the bacon, peppercorn ranch and cucumber. Still an ok sandwich but I'm disappointed that I didn't get the things I paid for. Not the first time this has happened at this store either. 😐
