Had a really bad taste when I took my first bit. I think it was the freshness of the vegetables. It also had a sauce that was very overpowering and made the sandwich unpleasant in its self. Portion is good here but I would not order again.

Our workplace loves ordering Firehouse sandwiches. Today when we received our sandwiches all of the lettuce was old and brown. There was absolutely no freshness to the lettuce, which ruined the entire sandwich as a whole. It had an old taste. I truly hope you take a look at your fresh ingredients as this could eventually make someone sick.

My Firehouse Steak & Cheese® definitely wasn't worth the almost $17 I paid. It tasted good, but not worth it.

Hook and ladder is always my favorite and will continue to order it plus the turkey bacon ranch. The macaroni cheese was outstanding! Hadn't had the macaroni. But will faithfully order the macaroni next times.
