• 26-04-25I ordered a Club on a sub about a week ago and I didn't receive my pickle. I ordered again after I gave a good review but did mention that I didn't receive my pickle. So I ordered a few days ago and they sent me a note saying they were sorry for not getting my pickle and sent a box of pickles and a free cookie! That made me smile so big that they remembered what I said and made it better ! Firehouse subs Rocks for making me feel important! Thank you so much for that! 🥰

• 26-05-13Be careful ordering the condiments. Mine was smothered so much in spicy mayo I literally had to have a pair of gloves to eat it. It took over the taste of everything else. I had to give the other half of it away as I couldn't eat it. I usually love this place. This was my first bad experience had with them.

• 4 days agoFaithful firehouse customers here, but was very disappointed in the accuracy of the order, especially for the price. There was cheese on the sandwiches when marked off (lactose intolerant family), and the drink we purchased was not delivered.
