The employees were so helpful, patient and friendly. I didn't get their name but they were awesome! first time bringing my sister in and she loved the food.

Food itself was good, however when I placed the order it showed 20-30 minutes as a pickup time.
When I got to the store 30 minutes later, they hadn't even started making it. In total, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes for them to complete the order.

Hook & Ladder® I deliberately UNchecked ham and just wanted turkey. Very disappointed to see ham was included with less turkey meat. Also, lettuce and veggies seemed like they were not fresh. I have ordered here many times and am shocked at the lack of care put into this order

If you like subs that seem like they were dunked in water, than this is the place for you!!
dripping wet sandwiches, to the point the bag had a hole in it, bread essentially disintegrated into a mush like substance. I have no idea why they were soaking wet, absolutely terrible.

Smoked Turkey Breast was a wonderful sub. I've found my new sub place. Very good. I only wish they had the option for requesting Extra ingredients when ordering.
