Chili was very flavorful and delicious. Lots of meat. Steak and cheese melt was delicious well-made well done.

Hook n Ladder Salad, Spicy Cajun Chicken Sandwich were fresh and on point. As if their regular fries weren't already great, New Cajun Fries are a must try, great flavor
Bottled Sodas are always cold.

The Firehouse Steak & Cheese sandwich barely had any meat on it and maybe 4 bell pepper pieces and barely any cheese, it was mostly soggy bread.

I ordered a fire house sub they put way to much on it I ask for double meat they dump 3pounds on it can't even pick up my sub it was a mess and wet

Totally different from the other fire house's in san tan or QC, in terms of quantity and quality, my sandwiches were a mess and not in a good way here, i aint even gonna try a french dip here.......its a shame i was excited for yall to come here to coolidge since we dont have a lot of options.
