The sandwich was the worst one I've had there. It was basically all bread. Hardly any meat. I know times are tough but when my order is $17 I'd like to get what I pay for.

I justove everything about Firehouse Subs. Everyone is always friendly.they take there time making your food/sandwich and packing for you to carry nicely.

The bread was burnt on the meatball sandwich; black on top. The other two sandwich were just okay. Very different than what Firehouse usually delivers. Very disappointed.

Food was fine. Store manager or whoever the older staff member is, was snarky and kinda rude when I didn't understand how to use the DoorDash pickup buttons. I understand she has a job to do but you can be kind and helpful versus rude, judgmental and short. She made me feel like I was trying to steal the food that I ordered and already paid for.
