I order from here all the time and every time I am met with a crew that is kind and professional. Consistency is hard find and they have mastered it. Great sandwiches and an even greater crew.

Decided to try Firehouse again after not having the best experience the first time and I am so glad I did. The Hook & Ladder.® with my adjustments was fantastic. Every ingredient tasted great and the BOGO deal was perfect for saving the 2nd sub for lunch the next day. Even as a leftover, it was delicious. Seems like I didn't order the right sandwich or something last time, idk, but this one made up for it plus more. Brownie was a prepackaged brownie, it was fine.

The side salad was good and I had no complaints. However, I received a large sub that was so overfilled with wet items that the bread was too soggy to even eat this like a sandwich. I had to get a fork to eat it. Made me wonder if I had somehow pissed off the sandwich makers...

$7 for less than 1 cup of Mac and Cheese. We got about 3/4 a cup and was charged $7 for this?! The menu does not specify the amount you get for $7. Paying $7, I would think I would get at least 1 1/2 cups, but this was a very small amount. Think pudding cup size.

Order from this place everytime I'm in town. Food is filling and delicious.Chili is always fresh. the only minor complaint I have is i asked for no pickles and there were two on my sub. and the cheese wasn't added to my chili. barely worth mentioning. will order from again.
