The prime rib sandwich was delicious ! The Italian was delicious ! The potatoe soup was delicicious . We ordered one with bacon and cheese it cost more a lot more for the xtra and it was missing the expensive bacon ! Our order took a while to get to us , so the bread was a li on the soggy side .

the brisket sandwich was good, the tuna salad sandwich had only a tablespoon of tuna salad wrapped in cheese with a lot of veggies and bread, when you order a tuna salad sandwich you should be able to tell there's tuna salad in it.

I have been to many Firehouse subs and I always get the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™, its my absolute favorite but at this Firehouse The meat was barely done leaving it stringy and Fatty instead of tender.
