The bread tasted and smelled like it had just come out the oven. This was a B/F and I was pleasantly surprised of the quality & amount of turkey & ham. No skipping here!

I ordered a soup for my son a bowl and paid the extra for the bowl and I am sry but if that is a bowl then that is misleading bc its so small and not worth the 5 bucks. and to top it off when I got it it was spilled out more then half of it.

Extremely poor, the wheat bread is dark coffee brown bean in color and is not good at all. My dog won’t even eat it. For $24.00 you should get some turkey on the sandwich as well. So poor, won’t order again from you guys

I placed a big order 5 medium subs with 5 bags of chips and did not receive the 5 bags of chips totaling $12.25 with tax comes to $13.08. As a door dasher if the bag is closed you can't check the order. So the fault goes to Firehouse not checking for a complete order.. everyone was looking forward for chips and sub for dinner

Well first of all the sandwich left oks 1/2 the size it usually is, I was quite taken aback when I opened the box. Also Bread well overdone! That's never happened before! Not from this store. I guess my good luck just ran out!!!
