I ordered a small Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sub and bowl of loaded potato soup. The sub was a little shy again on the meat, and there wasn't enough melted cheese either, but it was still good. I shouldn't have to pay extra for either. I like that I can microwave the container of soup if I need to warm it up at home. The soup is thick and delicious!

This was my first time eating a sub from Firehouse Subs. The Smokin' Honey Steak Melt was great, and the filling was substantial as well. I'm not sure that I could taste the garlic butter on the bread very much, and it cost extra. Overall, it was a flavorful sub and better, in my opinion, than Jersey Mike's subs.

This was my second time ordering. The corned beef brisket was pretty good but needed a little more filling. The cup of chili was just okay. I'm particular about my chili.

This was our first time trying Firehouse, and now we have a new favorite for subs! The bread was soft, and the entire sub was delicious! We will be back!

The Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was so tasty but they put less on them now. They use to put a fair amount...I prob won't order this particular one again .
The Italian™ was perfect !
