The Spicy Cajun Chicken was soooo good. So was the Firehouse Chili, but was upset by amount of/lack thereof in cheese. For .065, I would've expected more cheese.

I have been ordering the Firehouse Steak & Cheese® for years. this is either different meat, or is bad and should been thrown away. it doesn't look, taste or even smell the way it should. I can't even finish this. out nearly $20 for just that.

Hook and ladder salad had several pieces of bad lettuce. Box lid opened when opened bag and only one dressing. I am a big fan of this salad. Usually get very good ingredients and great portions but not today.

It didn't taste bad, but was drowned in sauce. All I could taste was mayo and mustard. My sandwich was slipping and sliding all over the place. I had sauce all over my hands. It was a mess 😂 Normally, the sandwiches are good here though.
