pretty disappointed t get this for the turkey sub, spent $26. barely any filling, no turkey in each bite. You can see at the end its just bread. I barely taste cranberries. I got the gravy too and it wasn't even 1/8th full. I never order from here and won't bother again. I'll just get it from Publix next time.

The Hook & Ladder® is my go-to sandwich. I've loved it ever since I was 16 years old and working at Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately, this particular store rarely gets it right. My white bread looks as if it was toasted a bit too long, even burnt on one of the edges. I selected to be provided with the pickle spear on the side and that is missing. Thankfully, they followed instructions as to my dietary restrictions so the sandwich is not a lost. Please thoroughly check the order AND staple the bag closed before providing it to the Delivery Driver for SAFE and ACCURATE customer service.

Sandwich had minimal turkey in it . Both sandwiches!! and way too salty!!! Not worth almost 20$ each sub( medium size too!!! )

Very grossed out. Onions were not caramelized, steak is almost raw, sandwich looks super sloppy and was also given the wrong cookie
