Ordered my sandwich and paid for double meat. I had the club on a sub, and the ham was dry and there was no bacon and only a sliver of turkey on only half the sandwich. I have never been so disappointed in a Firehouse Subs.

ordered 2 new New York Steamer® sandwiches. sandwiches were not steamed. meat was extremely chewy. $50 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips and couldn't even get our food correctly. literally steam is in the name and the bread is a dry baguette and the meat was ice cold.

Every time I order from this firehouse subs. My order is wrong. I order the Italian™ with no ham, extra meat. I opt to pay for extra meat to compensate for the no ham. But every time, they add a pound of ham, maybe a slice of the other meat. I know it does seem like that big of a deal but it's frustrating to pay extra and it always be wrong.
