Worst Firehouse experience I have every had. The chili was cold and burnt tasting and for what I paid a very small quantity (the small container was only half full). My side salad was full of brown lettuce, not sure how anyone could serve this to a customer. My Beef and Cheddar Brisket was bland and without cheese. Overall disappointing

I love Firehouse subs. I bought an Italian which comes with a good portion of high quality toppings. The next time I order I am not going to get mayo as the sandwich was overloaded with it and it made the bread soggy. Other than that I really love their subs.

Food was good and well packaged but the chili had a lot of air between lid and where chili actually was...about 3/4 of an inch at least. Since the bowl is small in size to begin with I really missed the rest of it. Also, I asked for an extra pickle spear but didn't receive it. why offer it if you aren't going to meet the request.?

The sandwiches here are always yummy, but I tried the new fries and they were above and beyond the description!!! Crispy on the outside and tender inside. They are the absolute BEST!!
