This was our first experience with Firehouse subs. Not knowing what to expect I ordered extra meat etc. We didn't need it. The New York Steamer® was excellent! Very flavorful, even without the Italian dressing that I didn't include. I ordered my husband a large Italian™ . He couldn't eat the 2nd half! I also tried their Firehouse Chili and was honestly shocked at how good it was. My husband and I are each very proud of our chili recipes and this was just as good, if not better! We will be back! Highly recommend.

Soups was amazing but Hook & Ladder.® was missing meat on one side and 80% mayo, if you like that feel free but I personally gagged and then threw it away I'd order Soups again if I was sick but that's it

The Firehouse Steak & Cheese® had raw onions when should been carmelized onions. Maybe two small peppers in the whole thing. Tons of mayo

Had such high hopes for this. Meat was chewy and tasteless. Sauerkraut had no flavor. Cookies were dry. Very disappointed'

I keep trying hoping it will get better. Too expensive. $60 dollar meal for 3 people half the items were not in the pickup bag. I won't make this mistake again.
