My Firehouse, Hook & Ladder sub was absolutely delicious from Lebanon Church Road today. Fresh bun, plenty of meat, etc. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean facility. Thank you, thank you.

Received order last night of hook and ladder, tuna sandwich and baked potato chips. Well food was good but firehouse needs to read instructions. I received no potato chips which I was charged $2.50 and got no side pickles. There was no answer when I called even leaving message. It might not seem like much to some people but you should get what you pay for these days.

Super disappointed. Both subs were soggy! I ordered Mac n cheese to try and that was not included. I think the sub would have been good if not for the soggy bread. Portion was average. They forgot the pickle(you have to say yes or now for each sub for a pickle). Overall disappointing, two med subs and Mac n cheese was $42. I got back MOST of the price of the Mac. We might try them again in the future.

Hoagies were smaller than what was ordered. Also the sale price that was half off during the time of order was non existent. I was charged full price. Food was good.
