I love the food from Five Guys. It is expensive, but you get a lot of food. However, I ordered to large fries and they only gave my one small fry. Usually, from Five Guys, my orders are correct. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and I would have like them grilled a little more. Overall, I'm gonna order from them again.

Pick-up order. We got there a few minutes late to find the store was busy so they didn't start my order yet. BLT & Cajun Fries were good, burger was DRY AS DUST, and also NOT MY ORDER. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, did not get BACON, did not get grilled mushrooms or grilled onions. Patty like an old piece of wood. Gross. For $13, I have eaten better burgers from McD's. Not happy.

Amazing food! Definitely worth the price for sure. The bacon dog was really good! Bacon was nice and crispy and I really like the size of the hotdog. Fries were cooked really well and seasoned perfectly.

Great job. Called and asked an employee Christian if he could make my fries crispy. You would think it's not a big deal, however this was the first time after numerous orders in the past, he assured that they were perfect!!
