First time trying Flat Out Burger and I really enjoyed the Flat Out Classic Double 🍔 The sweet-spicy sauce worked surprisingly well, and the burger had great flavor. I also liked the crunch of the pickles, but I wish they had a stronger pickle flavor. My only other criticism is the lack of a combo. Paying about $5 separately for fries feels steep. A burger, fries + drink option would be great. Definitely ordering again!

This was the greasiest burger I've ever received in my life. Bun is basically drenched in grease. Wet and soggy. Not worth the price. They also just throw the cup of fries in the same bag without a top/cap or anything

Flat Out Fries are a small portion for the price with no sauce included. They are good though. Burger is good, a bit small too for the largest option.

They absolutely NEVER LISTEN when I order there's always something wrong with the food . Fries too salty and I never get my drink . Why even have it up on the website if you guys don't have it in stock? Or just call to let someone know something because the drinks are basically five dollars.
