Once again Flip Cafe did not disappoint! The Cinnamon Flips- 5 & Home Fries were outstanding. Both were prepared perfectly, and paired well with other breakfast fare. Always a solid choice when roaming about Edinboro, PA with a hunger for eclectic and consistently good food.

I ordered the Buttermilk Pancakes - 2 and Two Eggs. It was delicious, warm, and fresh! I would order this again, the only thing was that there was no silverware to eat with. I was glad I had a plastic fork at my location. But the pancakes were very large and I had leftovers to eat the next day.

normally I love flip, but today was disappointing. I got the half Cherry Cheesecake French Toast , and it wanted to be amazing, but the French toast itself lacked a little salt and maybe a bit more batter. the other day I got the Brunch Poutine, and it was perfect, just delicious, so I got it again today and could barely eat it! the fries were way overcoated in the Cajun seasoning, and the gravy was more sausage, like a huge chunk in it, then gravy. one of my eggs was overcooked too :( I normally dont complain but I was so sad...

I always put the sausage gravy over the smash and it's so good every time ! The portions are huge and it's supe filling.
You can tell the sausage gravy is made home made too it's always so good.
This is my order almost every time !
