Milkshakes were good but know that the prices in store are significantly cheaper than what's on Doordash for Twisters. better to go and order than spend the money on doordash

The food was horrible. I don't normally bat an eye at prices in Napa, but man was this a total rip off as food was inedible. Chicken Strips so dry and stringy you couldn't chew. Bit into a clove in my burger?!? WTF, cloves are not even anywhere on their menu?!? Gross. Both Twisters were wrong flavors too. Very disappointing.

Very overpriced. They have let the quality of their product fall and raised their prices due to inflation. It doesn't make sense to buy a $13 soft free ice cream in a cup when you can purchase the same product (minus the topping) at a fast food restaurant for $3! Their milkshakes are priced higher then the best restraints in Napa which are 5 star restaurants! The only product worth your money is their dipped soft serve ice cream cone but it is priced on the high side.

Both twisters I ordered had little to no toppings in them. When you're paying $40 for 2 smalls , I would expect there to be some toppings

Very thin piece of cheese that wasn't even melted. Very low quality for price.
